Every person needs some sea air, the salty clarity that tides and repetition wave cycle brings. Every one needs some ocean therapy. Allowing your breath into your lungs,the depth of the clean filtered sea air. Clearing your sinuses, your lungs open and your energy cleansed of the sorrows and stress. Here are few reasons why the sea air should be your go to therapy when you have worries and pressure in your life, rather than going straight to addictions and toxic behaviour. 1. It promotes sleep and good moods. Ever been to the beach for the day, get home and have the most restful sleep. The sea air is full of negative ions, which is has mood enhancing properties, research shows ionization in the sea breeze resulted in lower depression. Improving our oxygen intake and balancing levels of feel good hormone serotonin. Go and take a walk along the water.
